Job responsibilities include:

 Upload/or overnight Deals received from the Finance Department for funding
 Organizing and maintaining all title documents
 Auditing and correcting the Electronic Police book
 Prepare checks for deal payoffs and purchases for inventory
 Follow up on lien releases and outstanding Titles
 Maintain the Waiting on Title log and communicate any issues to Sales and Office Manager
 Perform CVR as needed in the absence of part time biller
 Process Dealer Trades and reconcile schedule
 Submit registration documents to the Secretary of State if not CVR’D
 Breakdown deals and scan
 Stay current on State registration regulations communicating changes as necessary.
 Process out of State paperwork with Beacon as necessary
