Job Responsibilities:

Service Advisor will greet the quick lube customers on a daily basis with a professional and pleasant attitude. Perform a walk-a-round on every vehicle documenting information to oversee the vehicle until completion and provide a thorough assessment of vehicle components. Review the results of the assessment with the customer and communicate directly between the customer, service technician and any third party involved the information regarding the status of the customers vehicle on a daily basis. Provide a detailed estimate, explain work that was performed to the customer as well as continuous updates on their vehicle status. Ensure the work is completed in a timely manner. Complete all job functions according to FCA guidelines.

This position requires organization, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, knowledgeable of automobiles, computer skills, answering phones, and greeting clients.

At all times will be required to adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety codes.
